Greensboro College Pride

Ryan Nelsen shined on the soccer pitch for two seasons with Greensboro College in 1997 and 1998. In 1997, Nelsen was First Team All-Conference and Rookie of the Year, while in 1998 he was First Team All-Conference, First Team All-South Region, and Third Team All-American. He was part of the 1997 DIAC Championship team and the 1998 Conference Championship Team that finished as the NCAA National Runner-Up.
