About The Pride Club
The Pride Club was founded in 1972 by Fred I. Joseph and Michael B. Fleming, and has sustained a growing and extraordinary athletic program providing funding, in kind donations, and facility improvements.
The college's athletic program has grown from only four men's teams in 1966 to 19 men's and women's intercollegiate teams today. Additionally, the Pride athletic program also supports cheerleading.
While competing throughout their season, our student-athletes give significant time each year to community outreach initiatives. In addition, our student-athletes also display excellence in the classroom as demonstrated by the large number of student athletes whom qualify for the USA South Athletic Conference Honor Roll by earning at least a 3.0 GPA.
