Greensboro College Pride

The 1985 Men's Tennis team won its first ever DIAC regular season and tournament championships. The team posted a 9-6 overall record and 7-0 in the conference. The team was also ranked second in the region. Andy Bakas and Bryan Humphries were ranked regionally in singles while the pair were ranked fourth in doubles. Four players, Bakas, Humphries, Steve Grimm, and Tom Blanno were All-Conference players. Other members of the team included John Waugh, Eddie Smith, John Creech, and Jim Murray.
