Hall of Fame
Fennie came to Greensboro College in 2009 to lead the men's and women's golf programs. He led the men's team to a 2011 National Championship, the second in program history. He was also named the National Coach of the Year in 2011. The Pride earned the 2012 GCAA All-Academic Team award, won the 2012 USA South Conference Tournament title, and in 2013, the men's golf program was crowned GCAA Division III Academic National Champions, which was awarded to the program with the highest grade point average in Division III Golf. Dirk coached and mentored 11 NCAA All-Americans.
