Greensboro, NC - Greensboro College Athletics has announced the hiring of Drew Sizemore as its 9th head coach in men's lacrosse history. Sizemore served as an assistant coach this past season, helping lead the program to a 12 win campaign, tied for the most in program history.

Prior to his role as an assistant coach, Sizemore played collegiately at Guilford College for five seasons from 2020-2025. Sizemore totaled 112 caused turnovers in his career which is second most in program history. Sizemore brought his defensive prowess to Greensboro as an assistant coach in 2026, helping the Pride improve in major defensive categories including caused turnovers, which the team improved from 155 in 2025 to 181 in 2026.

Director of Athletics Jerry Fisk says of the hiring of Sizemore, "We are excited to announce the hiring of Drew Sizemore as our next men's lacrosse head coach. Drew has brought a lot to the program over the past year serving as an assistant coach, while also being a key part of a strong recruiting class for the upcoming season. Drew has a strong passion and vision for the team going forward, and we look forward to him continuing to grow our men's lacrosse program into the future."

I would also like to thank former Head Coach, Nate Bates, for giving me the opportunity to begin my collegiate coaching career at Greensboro College.
