Greensboro, NC - The Greensboro College Football 2026 schedule has been released as the team looks forward to an exciting non-conference slate and key home matchups in USA South play.
The team begins the season with the annual Soup Bowl against Guilford on September 5 at 6:00 pm. Greensboro will look to defend their Soup Bowl win from 2025, when they went on the road and defeated the Quakers 21-7.Â
Week two sees Greensboro travel to Roanoke College. This will be a rematch with the Maroons from 2025 when Roanoke earned a 32-22 win over the Pride in Greensboro. The final non-conference game of the season happens in week three, when Greensboro is back at home hosting Bluefield University (VA) for another 6:00 pm matchup. This will be the first meeting between the two schools in history.
After a bye week in week four, the team will begin USA South Conference action at home against Southern Virginia for homecoming. The Pride will look to avenge a loss last season on the road to the Knights. Greensboro goes back on the road October 10 as they travel down south to Huntingdon.Â
October 17 sees the team back at Pride Field for their next-to-last home game of the year against Belhaven at 1:00 pm. The next two weeks the team goes on the road, first with an October 24 battle at LaGrange and then a trip to Brevard on October 31.
The final two weeks of the season see Greensboro host NC Wesleyan for senior day November 7 at 1:00 pm, and then travel to Methodist for the final game of the season November 14.
Greensboro comes off a three-win season in 2025, including wins in the final two games of the season against NC Wesleyan and Methodist, respectively. The team has many key returners, including quarterback
