The Greensboro College Men's Soccer program has officially announced their 2025 recruiting class. First year head coach Jacob Weinshank brings in a strong combination of domestic and international talent, as well as college transfers to revamp the men's soccer program for 2025.

Weinshank says of the 2025 class, "We are thrilled to welcome a very competitive recruting class. Not only are we adding quality players that will have an immediate impact on the field, but also young men of high character and motivation that will contribute to our team culture. We look forward to these student-athletes arriving for preseason and getting down to work."

The team brings in a total of 15 new faces this year, highlighted by three goalkeepers, experienced defenders, and a local high school product. Check out the full incoming men's soccer recruiting class below.

David Stipuric
David Stipuric is a freshman defender from Ulricehamn, Sweden. He plays for Ulricehamns IFK, a club in the Swedish 3^rd Division. He is on their U19 academy team that plays in the highest division of Swedish youth soccer.




Mika Rudel
Mika Rudel is a freshman defender from Verden, Germany. He plays for German senior level team, SV Vowärts Hülsen.



Gustav Ohman
 Gustav Ohman is a freshman midfielder from Gothenburg, Sweden. He plays senior level soccer for Hovås Billdal Gothenburg in the Swedish 3rd division.




Alvaro Hermosa
Alvaro Hermosa is a transfer from Genesee Community College and originally from Valladolid, Spain. He is a goalkeeper with college experience joining the team from a nationally ranked JUCO.






Kalle Hermansson
Kalle Hermansson is a freshman midfielder from Lerum, Sweden. He plays for Lerums IS in the Swedish senior 4^th division. He was also named all-star all-district.



Eddie Hemmington
Eddie Hemmington freshman midfielder from Lancaster, England. He plays senior level soccer for Slyne with Hest FC.






Alias Goldsberry
Alias Goldsberry is a freshman attacking player from Orange Park, FL. He plays at the highest level of youth soccer in the MLS Next for Jacksonville Armada FC Pro Academy.




Tyler Ghazanfari
Tyler Ghazanfari is a freshman defender from Jacksonville, FL. He is a multiple sport athlete that plays Jacksonville FC, National Academy League.



Adam Elkhabbaz
Adam Elkhabbaz is a freshman defender from Jacksonville, FL. He plays at the highest level of youth soccer in the MLS Next for Jacksonville Armada FC Pro Academy.



Ori Edry
Ori Edry is a freshman midfielder from Tel Aviv, Israel. He plays for Hapoel Hod Hasharon, in the highest youth league in Israel.




Adrian Droese
Adrian Droese is a 6'6'' sophomore transfer defender from Ocala, FL. He started every match for NAIA, Waldorf University in Fall 2024. Previously, he played for a top club in Florida, Tampa Bay United.





Jade Diane
Jade Diane is a 6'6'' sophomore forward from Mönchengladbach, Germany. He plays senior level soccer for Turkiyemspor Mönchengladbach in the German Beziksliga. This past season he helped his team win the division championship and promotion.






Jorge Chabareh
Jorge Chabareh is a freshman attacking player from Greensboro, NC. He graduated from Western Guilford High School and played for the NC Fusion ECNL team. He was also a high school all-conference player.




Jacopo Canzian
Jacopo Canzian is a freshman goalkeeper from Mirano, Italy. He plays for Fiume Veneto in the Eccelenza, the highest non-professional league in Italy.






Guy Tretiyakov
Guy Tretiyakov junior transfer goalkeeper from Tel Aviv, Israel. He also bring significant college playing experience from his time at junior college, Los Angeles Harbor College.
