Greensboro College Pride

2021-2022
Attending Greensboro College in 2022, “Two-Three” has impressively received a place on the Dean’s List for her academics. Meanwhile, on the court Legette is ranked 5th in the nation for steals and received defensive player of the year honors here at GC. She started 26 of the 27 games, averaging 15.6 pts and 7.4 rebounds. Takeria scored 24 pts and pulled 7 rebounds in a win against Salem and scored 23 pts and pulled 12 rebounds against Meredith. She was awarded for reaching 1,000 pts in her college career, as well as first team all-conference honors. In addition to that, she gained East Division all-conference honors.
 
2020 and 2021
Played on the west coast before attending Greensboro college at Saint Martin’s University.  Unfortunately, here she sat out due to ankle injury.
 
2019-2020
Played at Spartanburg Methodist College in SC where she averaged 21 points per game at a 45.8 field goal shooting percentage. She was also titled an all-region player of the year in that division.
 
High School
Started high school hoops while still in middle school. Only playing basketball at Latta High School, she was an all-region player throughout all 5 years of high school ball. She was also titled player of the year in 2013 as she led her team to a state championship. Legette graduated in the top 30 honors students’ in 2016 and received an academic honors award when she graduated.
 
Personal
Takeria Legette a.k.a Two Three is the daughter of Cassandra Campbell and William Legette. Majoring in Psychology and minoring in health.
