Greensboro, NC- Isabella Kelly and Jade Diane have been named this week's Greensboro College Athletes of the Week.

Kelly had a huge game in Saturday's conference win against N.C. Wesleyan. The sophomore transfer from Averett fired six shots (five on goal), and found the back of the net twice in Greensboro's 2-0 win. Kelly, who scored six goals at Averett last year, tied Abby Lush for the team lead in goals with 4, and leads the Pride in shots (16), shots on goal (11), and game winning goals (2).

Women's soccer has a pair of home games this week, against Pfeiffer on Wednesday and Salem on Saturday.

Diane played a big role for men's soccer last week, helping the team go 1-0-1 in non-conference action. In a 1-1 tie against Warren Wilson, Diane scored the equalizer with just 13 minutes left on a penalty kick, salvaging the draw. Then in a 5-0 rout at Regent, Diane found the back of the net twice on four shots in only 31 minutes of play. The sophomore from Germany has scored 5 goals on the season, already matching the total from his freshman campaign.

Men's soccer travels to Randolph College Wednesday before returning home for a match-up with Johnson & Wales Saturday. Conference play begins September 30 at Brevard.
