Greensboro, NC - It was a senior day to remember for Greensboro College Baseball as they earned a come-from-behind victory over Brevard 18-10 to cap off the 2026 regular season.
The Tornados found themselves ahead 9-1 after three innings. However, Greensboro would storm back with five runs in the fourth and six in the fifth to take their first lead of the game.
The Pride continued to punish Tornado pitching, scoring six more runs in the next three frames to pull away.
Evan Sykes had a three hit day including a three-run home run in the fifth inning.
Jacob Severson also had a three hit day out of the leadoff spot with two triples.
The offense totaled eight extra-base hits in this one, including four triples. They also combined for eight walks.
Austin Federspiel got the win out of the bullpen, going four innings with four strikeouts.
