GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Greensboro College women's soccer team dropped its second consecutive USA South Athletic Conference contest Sunday against Meredith College, 1-0.
The Angels (3-2, 2-0 USA South) scored the game's lone goal in the 23
rd minute.
Greensboro (4-2, 0-2 USA South) had several chances to find the equalizer, but could not get a shot on frame.
"I am proud of my girls as they battled for a full 90 minutes," Head Coach
Gus Mota said. "We have some things that we still need to work on the attacking third. When we can clean that up, things will start rolling."

Brittany Morrison took the loss in goal despite recording five saves.
