Greensboro College Pride

2023: Started all 15 games for the Pride. Scored 5 goals and had 6 assists. Totaled 11 points and 109 ground balls. Won 184-322 face offs (57%).

2022: Started 15 of 17 games, where he posted six goals and two assists.  He won 190 of 358 face off attempts, and collected 110 ground balls.  He won seven of eight attempts in the win over Warren Wilson and 12 of 18 in the win over LaGrange.  Henderson also caused nine turnovers.

2021: Played 12 contests, starting ten, where he posted 114 faceoff wins in 209 tries, 56 ground balls, two goals, and three assists. Henderson posted 17 faceoff wins and nine ground balls in the February 21 contest against Birmingham Southern. He tallied 18 faceoff wins out of 27 tries with 12 ground balls and a goal in the April 10 game against Methodist. Henderson collected two USA South Rookie of the Week honors throughout the season.

Personal: Son of David Henderson. Studying Business Administration and Marketing. Three-sport athlete at Northern Guilford, competing in lacrosse, soccer and wrestling. Named Second Team All-State for junior season. Named All-Region in soccer and part of a state championship in wrestling. Named Academic All-Conference. 

Favorite Athletic Moment: "Getting the All-State award junior year for lacrosse was a special moment for me because I worked so hard and I started lacrosse freshman year, I came a long way in a short amount of time."
