Brevard, NC - Greensboro College Men's Basketball (9-15, 5-8) traveled to Brevard (10-14, 3-10) on Tuesday night and fell 108-81.
The Tornados offense was on fire all night long. They shot 66% from the floor and 13-23 from long range. Greensboro found themselves down 53-36 at the half, and wouldn't be able to slow down the Tornados the rest of the night.
The Pride did shoot better in the second half, going 17-32 from the floor. The offense had 17 turnovers, and Brevard would score 24 points off those turnovers.
Quamir Ingram scored 23 points with 7 rebounds while
Nigel Chivers scored 16.
Shamari Johnson scored a career high 13 points.
Notes:
- With the loss, Greensboro is tied with Mary Baldwin for the #7 seed in the USA South Conference Tournament with one game left.
