Tatum Bradford turned in a stellar 22-point performance on Thursday night to propel Greensboro College Women's Basketball (5-11, 2-7) to a USA South Conference win over Mary Baldwin (3-13, 2-8) by the score of 81-66.
It was a slow beginning for both offenses, combining for just 25 first quarter points. The Fighting Squirrels shot 31% from the field in the period while Greensboro shot 16%.Â
The Pride gained traction in the second, shooting 37% and outscoring MBU 23-13. They held the Fighting Squirrels to just 28% shooting in the quarter and took a 34-27 lead into the half.
The teams both scored 23 third quarter points as the game remained tight. However, Greensboro finished with a strong fourth period, scoring 24 points, and pulling away to the victory.Â
Along with her 22 points, Bradford also had 7 rebounds, 4 assists, and 4 blocks while shooting 10-17 from the floor.
Jenx Ervin recorded her second double-double of the season, scoring 12 points and grabbing 13 rebounds. As a team, the Pride outscored MBU in the paint 54-30.

- This was Bradford's third 20-plus point game of the season.
- Bradford's 4 blocks are the most by a Pride player this season in a single game.
- The team took 103 shots on the night, which is their third most of the season and third most since the 2000-2001 campaign.
