Misenheimer, NC - Greensboro College Women's Soccer (5-3-2, 1-1) took down conference foe Pfeiffer (1-6, 1-1-0) 1-0 on Saturday for their first conference win of the season.
The Pride had opportunities on the offensive end all game long, totaling 21 shots. Pfeiffer had 6 shots with 3 on goal. The Pride also had 10 corner kick opportunities.
Despite the opportunities, Greensboro couldn't find the back of the net until the 73rd minute.
Shae Brennan would take a penalty kick and score the game-winning goal, giving Greensboro a key conference road victory.

Shyann Hansen played the second half and had 1 save. Brennan led the Pride in shots taken with 7, while
Camryn Marcondes took 3 shots.
Greensboro will come back home for their next contest when they host Methodist at Pride Field on October 1st. Kickoff is set for 4:00 pm.
