As the spring USA South tournaments came to a close, the conference released their All-Tournament team for baseball. Four Pride players were named to the All-Tournament team.
The Pride fell to Methodist in the USA South Championship Series, but had multiple players with outstanding postseason performances.
First baseman
Mike Rinaldi earned a spot on the All-Tournament team after hitting 2 home runs with 8 RBI. Shortstop
Evan Sykes was also named to the team after collecting 10 hits in the tournament with 6 RBI.
Chris Le, who broke the single-season program record for hits in a season during the tournament, also made the All-Tournament team after a 7-hit tournament with 2 doubles. Lastly,
Michael Richards was named to the team after his strong performances out of the bullpen. Richards pitched 9.1 innings with 5 strikeouts. Richards also closed out the first win against Brevard in round one of the tournament.Â
