Greensboro, NC - Greensboro women's basketball hosted USA South rival Pfeiffer on Tuesday night and fell 63-40.
Both teams struggled to score in the first half, as the Pride shot 28% in the first quarter and 20% in the second. Pfeiffer only shot 27% in the first quarter while shooting 29% in the second.
Pfeiffer picked up their scoring in the third quarter, as they outscored Greensboro 18-4. This run allowed the Falcons to pull away and not look back, securing their 8th win of the season.

Taya Simpkins led the team with 11 points while
Azuria Barrino scored 10.
Nataya Atwater had 12 rebounds on the night.
Greensboro is back at home Friday night when they host Methodist at 7:00 pm.
