Bridgewater, VA - Greensboro men's hoops played in their second and final game of the Bridgewater College Invitational on Sunday and fell 56-44 to Bridgewater.

The first half saw Bridgewater shoot 40% from the floor and 3-10 from long range, while Greensboro shot 33% from the floor and 25% from the three point line. Despite this, the Pride found themselves down by just 2 points at the half. 

The Eagles were able to create separation in the second half, outscoring Greensboro 30-20. Aaron Oates scored a game high 18 points on 6-15 shooting. Isaiah Pruett led Greensboro with 14 points on 4-15 shooting from the floor.

Overall, Greensboro went just 16-48 from the floor and 5-23 from long range. They did go a perfect 7-7 from the free throw line.

Zephaniah Jones scored 10 points and had 3 rebounds. DJ Jackson had 9 points, all on three point shots. The Pride had 19 turnovers on the afternoon to just 11 for the Eagles.

Greensboro will play again on November 20th inside the First Horizon Coliseum against Guilford. Game time is set for 7:30 pm.
