Greensboro, NC - Greensboro volleyball hosted Brevard College on Wednesday and earned a 3-0 victory. The win puts Greensboro at 4-2 in USA South Conference play, which puts the Pride just half a game out of first place.

The Pride took the first set 25-16, the second set 25-12, and the third set 25-9. The team had 36 kills on the night with 6 blocks. Greensboro also totaled 67 digs on the match.

Kelci Brooks led the team in kills with 11, while Krista Brantley had 8. Taylor Cotie totaled 6 kills and 3 blocks. Karla del Castillo had 2 blocks on the night while Morgan Mayfield had 23 digs. Junior setter Jaylyn Templeton earned 27 assists.

Next up for Greensboro is a road trip to NC Wesleyan on Saturday. Game time is set for 1:00 pm.
