Brevard, NC - It was an early afternoon contest for Greensboro men's soccer on Wednesday, as they were defeated by Brevard 3-0 in a USA South Conference contest with the Tornados.
Brevard came out firing and totaled 31 shots on the game. Despite all the shots, the Tornados didn't score in the first half.
However, Brevard came out in the second half and scored all three of their goals and finished off their 4th win of the season. For the Pride, they only had 6 shots on the contest, with 5 of those coming in the first half.
Brady Mowers had 3 shots, while
Jann-Loic Ndanu-Galo and
Axel Garcia-Avila each had 1.
In goal for the Pride was
Giovanny Jacon. Jacon had 6 saves on the game, raising his season total to 25.
Greensboro will host Mary Baldwin in their next contest on October 8th. Kick-off is set for 4:00 pm at Pride Field.
