Mount Olive, NC - The Greensboro Men's Wrestling team went up against the University of Mount Olive on Sunday in the Mount Olive Duals. The Trojans would win by a score of 36-18, but multiple Pride wrestlers got wins on the day.
Junior
Josh Wilson got the day going with a win and 6 points over the Trojans' Christian Orozco. This improves Wilson's record this season to 16-1.
Ethan Kring wrestled against Samad Al-Khatib in the 157 pound class and won by a 10-8Â Decision, scoring 3 points for Greensboro.
Omari Lee scored a victory via forfeit and netted the Pride 6 more points. In the heavyweight 285 pound match, senior Dom Harris defeated Slade Watkins by a 4-2 Decision.Â

Ethan Kring at 157 pounds wrestled a great match and pulled over a nice Decision, scoring three points for the team.
Omari Lee at 184 pounds received a forfeit score and six points. Senior Dom Harris had a nice day, notching a great win verses the Mount Olive heavyweight! Overall a very hard fought match, really proud of the effort. We need to take a break and get healed up and rested for the conference season as it gets geared up in January!"
Greensboro will compete against Washington and Lee University for their first ODAC match of the season on January 5th in Lexington, VA.
