The Baseball team snapped a five game losing streak on Sunday, defeating William Peace 14-5 at Truist Point Stadium in High Point.  Ned Flemister got the Pride on the board with a 2-RBI single in the 4th inning, bringing the Pride to within one run at 3-2.  Then in the 5th, Josh Pittman belted a RBI-triple to jumpstart a six run inning.  Sam Hayen capped it off with a 3-run deep shot to left centerfield.

Ned Flemister, who finished the day 2-4 with 4 RBI, hit another 2-RBI single in the 6th to make the score 12-5, and Greensboro would go on to win 14-5.  The Pride capitalized on five Pacer fielding errors, and pounded out 14 runs on 10 hits in the process.  

They will look to defend home field this Tuesday at 4pm, as they welcome the University of Lynchburg to Truist Point Stadium.
