The Greensboro College women's volleyball team faced Mary Baldwin University in a USA South Athletic Conference matchup. The Pride swept the Fighting Squirrels, 3-0.

Greensboro (11-6, 3-2) won by scores of 25-16, 25-21 and 25-17. The Pride outhit Mary Baldwin (4-12, 0-5) .292 to .038.

Hailey Stout led the team with eight kills and finished the night with a hitting percentage of .583. Mckenzie Norris had a match-high 27 assists as Lauren Kunke led the defense with 13 digs. 

The Fighting Squirrels were led by Sydney Clarke with nine kills as Rachel Christian and Alexis Edmonds added seven and six kills, respectively.

Greensboro hosts a tri-match against Meredith College and Pfeiffer University on Saturday, October 2. The first match begins at 12:00 p.m.
