GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Greensboro College men's lacrosse team fell to the Falcons of Pfeiffer University Saturday 13-10.
Over the first 10 minutes of the first period, both teams scored two goals before the Falcons took a 3-2 lead into the second period.
In the second, neither offense was able to get into a rhythm but Greensboro got goals from
Davis Miller and
Michael Sehlhorst to give the Pride a 4-3 lead at the break.
However, Pfeiffer outscored Greensboro over the next 15 minutes 6-3 before going on to win by the three-goal margin.
Michael Kiley, Miller,
Dominic Scali,
Michael Halladay, and Gerber combined for Greensboro's six second half goals.
Kyle Ishler was credited with the loss despite recording 12 saves.
