Rocky Mount, N.C.- The Greensboro College men's basketball team fell to the North Carolina Wesleyan College Bishops, 91-75.

The Bishops started off the contest with an 11-5 run before Greensboro used a 13-3 run of their own to close the gap, 23-21. Both
Kyle Riddley and
Joseph Gatling finished off the run with a pair of three-pointers.

Following the Pride run, North Carolina Wesleyan was able to use a 13-7 run to head into the break with a 36-28 lead. Â Â

At the start of the second half, Greensboro started off hot as they took a 39-38 lead with a couple of baskets and a three-pointer by
Trey Smith.

Two minutes later, the Bishops began to pull away and the Pride offense struggled from the field and could not overcome the deficit.
"It was a tough afternoon," Head Coach
Bryan Galuski said. "We are still trying to find our identity as a team.
"There are still many games left in our schedule and if we continue to struggle as a team, it's going to be a long season."

Darus Maddox and Riddley each had a team-high 18 points, while
Carmoni Marks added 12 points and nine rebounds.
