GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Greensboro College women's basketball team defeated the Mustangs of Mid-Atlantic Christian Friday, 88-30.
The Pride (4-4) gained the second lead of the game at 4-3, following a layup by
Alexis Hite, and did not look back as they sailed to the victory.
"We were able to get everyone an opportunity to play today," Assistant Coach Walter Hamilton said. "Now we have to turn our focus to Sunday."
Kamerin Williams scored a team-high 15 points to go along with five rebounds, while
Alyssa Carbone and
Domonique McCoy each recorded nine points.
Da Jah Joyner finished with eight points, while
Aleeya Steward and Hite contributed seven points.
