GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Greensboro College women's soccer team fell to Piedmont College 2-0 Saturday.
Prior to the game, the Pride honored seniors
Molly O'Keeffe,
Melanie Raton, and
Jessica Thatcher.
Greensboro had several opportunities to score but could not convert.
"We battled hard today, but unfortunately the bounces did not go our way," Head Coach
Gus Mota said. "Now we have to turn the page to our next game."
Megan Cole,
Lauren Greeson,
Samantha Lopez, and Gabbriele Eddinger each recorded at least one shot.
Brittany Morrison took the loss in goal.
