Biography

2020 (played in Spring 2021): Played three contests, starting one, where she posted one save and one shutout while not giving up a goal in nearly 100 minutes played. Rodriguez earned her third Academic All-USA South honor of her career.

2019: Participated as a reserve goalkeeper. Rodriguez earned her second Academic All-USA South honors of her career.

2018: Played in five contests with two starts with one shutout and six saves while posting a 2-0-0 record. She posted a three-save effort in the September 1 match at Regent. Rodriguez earned Academic All-USA South honors.

2017: Appeared in three contests with two starts, making three saves and posting two shutouts. 

Prep: Rodriguez was a member of the women's soccer team at Longwood High School where she served as a team captain. Additionally, Rodriquez was an All-County performer and received Most Valuable Player honors. In the classroom, Rodriguez was an honor roll student.

Personal: She is the daughter of Tamma and Alfredo Rodriguez, and has two brothers, Kevin and Jonathan. Lauren has also spent time as a member of Greensboro's women's tennis. team.
