2023: Played 4 games for Ferrum College in 2023. Went 12-21 for 178 yards and 1 passing touchdown. Averaged 14.8 yards per completion and 44.5 yards per game. Threw for a season high 104 yards against Bridgewater (10/28).

Personal: Chase is from Starts Draft, VA and attended Fishburne Academy. Chase transferred from Westminster College (PA) for the 2025 season. Chase was a three sport athlete at Fishburne, playing football, basketball, and baseball. He was a Second Team All-State and All-Conference quarterback and is the school's all time leading passer.
