Personal: Daughter of Greg and Elizabeth Carefoot. Also play on the Women's Volleyball team at Greensboro College. Her high school volleyball team was state champions in 2021. Earned A-Honor Roll all four years of high school.

Favorite athletic moment: "Winning the volleyball state championship is my favorite memory for my athletic career, because the excitement and effort put in during the season as a whole and that game especially made that moment exhilarating and memorable."
