Coach Rogers joins the Pride with five seasons of college coaching experience as an assistant coach from 2015-2020. Following his two year career playing for Birmingham-Southern College, he transitioned to coaching and helped lead the women’s basketball team at Birmingham-Southern College to back-to-back conference championship wins, an overall record of 42-15, and an NCAA Tournament appearance. From there he moved back to his hometown of Memphis, TN and spent two seasons coaching the men’s team at Christian Brothers University and his most recent coaching stint was with the women’s team at the University of Central Arkansas for one season.

Since 2020, Coach Rogers has been working for NCSA College Recruiting helping high school student-athletes and their families navigate the college recruiting process. He received his Bachelor of Science from Birmingham-Southern College in 2017 and his Master of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University in 2019. 

As a younger but still experienced coach, Coach Rogers has a passion for developing student-athletes and fostering their growth for life after college.

He and his fiancé Taylor, who works for Wake Forest Baptist Health, have been living in Greensboro since 2022 with their two dogs.
