Greensboro College Pride

2022: Started 13 of 14 games, where he collected 25 ground balls, including four in the April 23rd win over William Peace.  He also caused four turnovers, and went 3-4 on faceoffs.   He collected three ground balls in the March 19th win over Averett.

2021: Played in 11 contests where he collected 13 ground balls and one caused turnover along with 17 faceoff wins, one goal, and one assist. Cardwell posted four ground balls in the February 24 game against Ferrum. He collected eight faceoff wins in the April 14 game at Pfeiffer and seven in the USA South Tournament game at Pfeiffer on May 1.

2020: Played in seven games where he posted eight ground balls and 18 faceoff wins.

Prep: Played lacrosse and football at Havre de Grace High School. Cardwell transferred from Harford CC where he played lacrosse for two years.

Personal: Son of Ron and Dena with two siblings Alex and Shane.
