2018: Pitched in 14 games and made 11 starts....Posted a 4.38 ERA in 78.0 innings pitched while going 4-2....Tallied a team-leading 53 strikeouts

PREP: Prior to playing baseball at Guilford Technical Community College, Hicks played baseball and football at Providence Grove High School.  He made the All-Conference team for baseball three different years and also won Providence Grove Pitcher of the Year. He is the son of William C. Hicks and Therese Hicks and has three sisters, Sabrina, Angela, and Bridget Hicks.
