Prep:
Haithcox was an honor roll member while at Walkertown High. He also earned Northwestern All-Tournament honors while there.  Haithcox also earned outstanding academic athlete, sophomore award, and academic excellence during his seasons at Louisburg and Surry. Haithcox also made the Dean's List 3 times in a row while enrolled at Louisburg and Surry.
