Biography

2017: Appeared in 22 games while making three starts, including 14 appearances on the mound as a junior. Struck out 11 batters over 28.1 innings pitched. Batted .235 in 17 at bats with four hits, one RBI and three runs scored. 

Prep:
Kercado lettered all four years at Northside High. He earned varsity All-Area Honorable Mention his freshman season.  He earned team MVP and varsity All-Area second team his sophomore year.  Junior year, Kercado earned varsity All-Area First Team, then followed it up next year with team's Co-MVP and varsity All-Area First Team.
