Sanford, NC - It was the final round of the USA South Championships on Wednesday as Greensboro College Men's Golf came home in second place with a team score of 926, sixty-two over par for the three round event.

Methodist University finished in first place, shooting nineteen over par for the tournament. Watcharakan Chankarn turned in a fine performance, finishing fifth place overall. 

Chankarn shot two over par in the final round and ten over par for the tournament. Cody Stephens also shot two over in round three and finished tenth place. 

Mason Fischer, Zach Corbett, and Jason Parrish rounded out the Greensboro squad for the tournament. The team beat SVU by one stroke to surpass the Knights on the final day for second place.

Pfeiffer, NC Wesleyan, and William Peace finished fourth, fifth, and sixth respectively.
