Greensboro, NC- Alyssa Lane (women's soccer) and Chase Myers (men's golf) have been named Greensboro College Athletes of the Week.

Lane authored a pair of clean sheets in what has been an incredible freshman campaign. In a 3-0 blanking of Shaw, Lane stopped the only shot she faced. Against Meredith, Lane made six stops, including a pair of stops late in the contest to seal the Pride's 1-0 victory. Lane continues to climb up leaderboards as a freshman, as her 0.75 GAA (5th), and seven clean sheets (T-3) rank top 10 in a single season, with her .803 save percentage and eight victories just outside the top 10.

Women's soccer concludes the regular season at home against William Peace on Wednesday.

Men's golf had a strong at the Jeff Roope Invitational in Columbus, Ohio last week with Myers leading the charge. The sophomore finished tied for fifth at -1 for the tournament, shooting a 71 in between a pair of even-par 72s. The impressive showing marked his first Top 5 finish in four tournaments this year.

Men's golf finishes the fall slate at the O'Briant/Jensen Memorial this week before turning their attention to the spring schedule.
