Cordova, TN - Greensboro Men's Golf had their final tuneup before the USA South Championships on Monday and Tuesday. The team finished 15th overall.
Brevin Knight and
Watcharakan Chankarn both finished at +20 for the tournament, tied for 45th out of the 90 player field. Knight's best round was in the first round on Monday, shooting a 77. Chankarn's best rounds were in rounds two and three, where he shot a 76 in both.
Reece Venable shot +23 for the tournament, shooting a 76 in the final round.
Carson Everett finished at +29, while
Noah Maness rounded out the Greensboro team, shooting +32.
The Pride now get set for the USA South Tournament April 21st-23rd at The Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, SC. Greensboro goes into the tournament with the second best scoring average in the conference (299), only behind Methodist (284.3).
