Greensboro, NC - Greensboro women's lacrosse took the short trip to Guilford on Tuesday and fell 19-4.
The Quakers started strong with ten first quarter goals. Greensboro got one goal in the quarter by
Keira Fenyo. They would add another in the second quarter on a goal by
Brynly ManWaring.
The Pride got two third quarter goals, one by
Rosanna Espinosa-Ponce and the other by
Regan Dailey. Unfortunately the Quakers were hard to stop on offense, as they scored nineteen goals for the game.Â
D'Kayla Thomasson led Greensboro with seven ground balls while
Rosanna Espinosa-Ponce had three caused turnovers. In goal, Thomasson had thirteen saves while
Carly Walton had three.
The Pride will travel to William Peace on Saturday for their next contest at 12:00 pm.
