Greensboro, NC - Greensboro women's lacrosse hosted Westminster (PA) at Pride Field on Thursday afternoon and were defeated 20-3.

The Titans got on the board early, scoring the first six goals. Keira Fenyo stopped the run later in the first period on her fifth goal of the season. 

The Titans offense was tough in this one, showing speed and chemistry that led to a high scoring first half. In the second half the Pride defense played strong while the offense scored two goals, both by Rosanna Espinosa-Ponce. Ponce now has a team-leading ten goals on the season.

Kenzie Helton played well defensively for Greensboro and had 3 ground balls. Sydney Patton also put together a solid game on the defensive end with two caused turnovers and two ground balls. Keira Fenyo also had two caused turnovers.

In goal, Carly Walton had three saves while D'Kayla Thomasson had seven.

The Pride will play again on Pride Field against conference foe Southern Virginia on March 19th at 4:00 pm.
