Greensboro, NC- The 2025-26 ODAC Preseason poll for men's wrestling has been released and Greensboro College sits fifth in the rankings ahead of the season.
It will be a year of transition in some ways for the Pride, as they will be without the now-graduated future Hall of Famer
Josh Wilson. Gone also are All-Conference selections
Adrian Soto-Perez and
Jacob Barlow from last season.
Greensboro will be led by returning All-Conference selection
Isaiah Manning, along with his fellow seniors
Nick Menjivar and
Billy Bell. Also returning is
Ethan Kring. Kring opens the 2025-26 season as one of the top wrestlers on the pre-season ODAC "watch list" in the 174-pound class. He also made an appearance in the NWCA regional preseason rankings.
The wrestling team will be young in 2025-26, featuring 13 freshmen and six sophomores on a roster of 25.
Both men's and women's wrestling open the season tonight at home against Allen University before traveling to New York this weekend for the Ithica Invitational.Â
