Greensboro, NC - Greensboro College Men's Basketball (1-3) fell to Warren Wilson (2-1) 86-78 on Sunday afternoon inside Hanes Gym.
It was a tight contest all the way through, as Greensboro pulled out to a lead early on. The Owls offense got going midway through the first half and would take a 40-35 advantage going into the half.
Both teams picked up the pace in the second half. The Pride put up 43 points in the second half, but had trouble getting stops late. Tajh Williams was the key to the win for Warren Wilson, scoring 24 points with 7 rebounds.Â
Greensboro shot 46% from the floor in this one, while going 5-15 from long range.
Will Gray had a team-high 19 points with 6 rebounds.

Mike Downing had 12 points each.
The Pride will play an exhibition game against Division II Lees-McRae on Tuesday night for a 7:00 pm tip-off.
