Salisbury, NC - The Greensboro men's and women's cross country teams competed at the Fleet Feet XC in Salisbury, NC on Saturday afternoon as they ran in their first meet since the Greensboro athletics program announced cross country was returning in 2023.

In the women's division (5000m), Grace Dobson finished with a time of 25:41.66, while McKenzie Koos ran a 27:54.66. Keira Fenyo crossed the finish line with a time of 35:48.50.

For the men (8000m), Greensboro was led by Zak Gumaya as he ran a 30:19.45. JR Alepa finished with a 32:36.41 time.

Both the men and women's team will compete in the Pfeiffer Invitational next Saturday in Misenheimer, NC.
