Rocky Mount, NC - The USA South Conference cross country championships took place on Saturday in Rocky Mount, North Carolina as the season officially comes to a close.
Southern Virginia took home the championship in the women's division, while Pfeiffer won in the men's division. For Greensboro, freshman
McKenzie Koos finished with a time of 31.38.7 to lead the Pride on the women's side.
Keira Fenyo came in with a time of 39:21.9, while
Shaniah Taylor 45:07.8.
Koos had a strong season for the Pride, as she led Greensboro in almost every race this season. The freshman from Pineville, North Carolina's best time was on September 14th in the Pfeiffer Invitational, where she ran a 25:53.6.
