Sandestin, FL - The Greensboro men's golf team competed at the Golfweek DIII Fall Invitational in Sandestin, Florida this week, as the team finished 23rd in the tournament.
Leading the way for Greensboro was
Watcharakan Chankarn, who shot -1 under par, finishing 20th overall. Chankarn shot a 70 in round one, followed by a 72 in round two. He finished the tournament with a third round score of a 70.
Brevin Knight shot +9 over par on the tournament, followed by
Carson Everett (+16), Michael Bennett (+18), and
Noah Maness (+23).
Washington & Lee won the tournament with a team score of -30 under par. Justin Chan of Carnegie Mellon finished 1st place with a three-round score of -11 under par.
The Pride's final fall tournament takes place October 28th-29th in Greensboro as the team plays in the O'Briant/Jensen Memorial at the Cardinal Golf and Country Club.
