Greensboro, NC - Greensboro College volleyball team went head-to-head with Meredith College in a nail-biting five-set showdown. 

The match featured standout performances from several key players on both sides. Payton Shiflet was an offensive force to be reckoned with, recording an astounding 62 attacks, 26 kills, and 19 digs. Krista Brantley contributed 44 attacks and 14 kills, while Kelci Brooks added 32 attacks and 8 kills. Taylor Cotie also made a significant impact with 24 attacks and 11 kills, demonstrating the team's depth and offensive prowess.

Morgan Mayfield was a standout on the defensive end, leading the team with an impressive 23 digs, showing her ability to read the opponent's plays and keep the ball in play.

Looking ahead, the Greensboro College volleyball team is gearing up for their next matchup against Salem College on October 12th (Thursday) in Winston-Salem, NC, at 7:00 PM.
