GREENSBORO, NC--Greensboro's women's lacrosse team fell short 21-3 to Methodist on Wednesday at Pride Field.
Selena Najera got Greensboro on the board at 11:15 of the 1st quarter to bring the Pride to within one at 2-1.
Cassie Hindes also scored twice, the first at 2:52 left in the 1st, and just before halftime with 2:12 left in the 2nd period.
Mikayla Ramos and Keegan Foyles led the Monarchs offensively, each scoring four times on the afternoon.
Methodist was able to produce 39 shots, and
Jenna Tucker in net for the Pride showed great growth with 11 saves on the day.
GC now sits at 0-12 on the year, and will look to capture their first win of the season on Senior Day at Pride Field this Saturday against William Peace at 1pm.
