RALEIGH, NC--The Greensboro College women's lacrosse team fell short vs Meredith on Saturday by a score of 20-1.  The Pride trailed for the entirety of the game, as Meredith controlled the initial draw control, then tallied a goal just 13 seconds into the game.  Greensboro would trail by 20 before Rosanna Espinosa-Ponce got GC on the board with a goal 4:17 left in the game.

Meredith had three players with hat-tricks for the day as Olivia Verlinden, Lauryn Turner, and Ava Spradley each found the back of the net three times for the Avenging Angels.

Jenna Tucker made picked up four ground balls and made a save in net for the Pride.

Greensboro's women lacrosse team will return to action Wednesday as they host Methodist on Pride Field at 5pm.
