Ferrum, VA
The Pride Lacrosse team wasted no time as
Austin Abourjilie scored one of his five goals just 1:39 into the game. Greensboro kept the pressure on, as
Gage Pearman and Abourjilie again scored to give GC a quick 3-0 lead over Ferrum, and go on for the 15-5 road victory. Keeping play in Ferrum's side of the field, Greensboro was able to outshoot the Panthers 41-14 in the game, as the Pride controlled the pace of play from the beginning.
GC put the game away with the final five goals of the game, all in the 4th quarter, including goals by Abourjilie,
Aaron Larios-Neubert, Billy Phinizy, and two from
Joe Goodwin.\\
The win moves the Pride to 2-1 on the season, and they will next face Hampton-Sydney College on March 5 at 1pm.
