"I was very pleased with the effort that was put forth by the team today," Head Coach
Kevin Troup said. "We had a very slow start against a scrappy and athletic Hollins team in our first match.
"Against Bridgewater, we did a very good job of keeping them out of system for the most part. They were able to capitalize on our errors and go on a couple of runs at the end of the sets to pull out the victory."
The Pride will return to action Tuesday when they host the Wildcats of Johnson & Wales at 7 p.m. For more information on Greensboro College volleyball, continue to follow www.greensborocollegesports.com.
